Once confirmed, we will endeavor to replace the artwork, free of cost, or\u00a0we will arrange a refund upon receiving the returned damaged artwork.<!-- \/wp:paragraph --><!-- wp:paragraph --><!-- \/wp:paragraph --><!-- wp:paragraph --><\/li>\n<li>Prints are made to order, so please choose carefully, as refunds and exchanges\u00a0are\u00a0not\u00a0available\u00a0for change of mind purchases.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><!-- \/wp:paragraph --><!-- wp:heading {\"level\":3} --><\/p>\n<h4>Delivery<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>We are not responsible for delays outside our control<\/strong>. If our supply of the goods is delayed by an event outside our control we will contact you as soon as possible to let you know and will take steps to minimise the effect of the delay. Provided we do this we will not be liable for delays caused by the event, but if there is a risk of substantial delay you may contact us to cancel your order and receive a refund for any goods you have paid for but not received.<\/li>\n<li><strong>If you are not at home when the product is delivered<\/strong>. If no one is available at your address to take delivery and the goods cannot be posted through your letterbox, the delivery company will inform you of how you may receive your goods.
